— DESCRIPTION —
Extra-large format microbiological safety cabinet (Poste de Sécurité Microbiologique) manufactured by French specialist Noroit. Designed for Class III containment applications in pharmaceutical, biotech, and research laboratory environments. Rigid steel frame with red powder-coated uprights, white lacquered panelling, and full-width polycarbonate front sash. Stainless steel interior work surface with full-width perforated drain grill and liquid collection channel.

Air management via a dedicated Noroit control unit featuring: digital airflow velocity display (m/s), inflow/downflow regulation with LED status indicators, sleep/standby mode, UV lamp control, keyed main switch, mechanical manometer, and Schneider Electric hour counter. Internal plenum baffles provide uniform HEPA-filtered airflow distribution across the work zone. Rear-top HEPA filter bank with bolted access panel.

Interior includes multiple power sockets and a capacitive rear-wall control panel. Sash supported by gas struts. Stainless steel liquid waste cup/port fitted.

Unit has been maintained under Institut Pasteur's PSM life-cycle programme. Six CETEP compliance inspections recorded — all green (conforming) with most recent inspection dated approximately April 2024.

The system has been decontaminated (certificate available).
