Description:
The Baker Ruskinn InVivO₂ 500 is a state-of-the-art large-format hypoxic workstation designed for physiological cell culture under precisely controlled atmospheric conditions. With a chamber volume of approximately 500 litres, this system enables researchers to culture cells at any oxygen concentration from 0.1% to 20%, accurately replicating in vivo environments for applications including stem cell biology, oncology, ischemia research, and pharmaceutical drug discovery.
The unit features two integrated large-format ergonomic glove ports for bilateral access, a full-width front viewing window, an integrated digital touch screen control panel for real-time O₂/CO₂/N₂ monitoring and adjustment, and a built-in rapid-entry antechamber (pass-through) for sample transfer without atmospheric compromise. Internal power sockets and lighting are fitted as standard.
