SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The CODIRA is a confocal dispersive Raman imaging platform manufactured by HORIBA Jobin Yvon (now HORIBA Scientific). It is designed for point-spectrum acquisition, Raman mapping, and chemical imaging of solid and liquid samples. The system integrates a large-body dispersive spectrograph (HORIBA iHR-series), an Olympus upright microscope with a motorized XY scanning stage, and a fiber-coupled laser delivery module. A Viewing/Raman autoswitch beam-path selector is integrated in the microscope head, enabling rapid switching between white-light observation and Raman acquisition modes.
