DESCRIPTION
High-performance confocal Raman microspectrometer designed for non-destructive chemical characterisation and mapping of solid, liquid, and biological samples. The system integrates a full optical microscope platform with a high-resolution spectrograph and cooled CCD detector, enabling sub-micron spatial resolution Raman imaging.

INTEGRATED MICROSCOPE
Olympus BX series upright optical microscope with motorized XYZ stage and joystick controller (F2/F3/F4 programmable function keys). Objective turret with multiple objective lenses mounted.

SPECTROGRAPH & DETECTOR
HORIBA Jobin Yvon Synapse Peltier-cooled CCD detector. High-throughput spectrograph with grating turret. Rear panel connections: Autofocus detector, PIFOC piezo focus controller, Spectrograph, Piezo sensor (Y/Z axes), dual Shutter outputs (1 & 2), Diode ON/OFF, +5 V fuse.

LASER SOURCES
Two external laser sources included:
- Laser Quantum laser power supply unit
- Melles Griot laser controller unit
Both lasers coupled via fiber optic input port (Class 3B caution label on optical port).

ILLUMINATION
2× Euromex Holland fiber optic light sources (halogen, variable intensity 1–8). OSRAM spare halogen display/optic lamps included (multiple boxed units).

SUPPORT
ThorLabs Nexus optical breadboard / vibration-isolation table included.
