The gentleMACS™ Octo Dissociator with Heaters is a benchtop instrument designed for the fully automated and standardized dissociation or homogenization of up to eight tissue samples simultaneously. Each of the eight positions is fully independent and equipped with its own heating unit, enabling flexible multi-sample workflows. The system features a touchscreen interface, a library of pre-loaded optimized dissociation protocols (gentleMACS Programs), and the ability to create fully custom user-defined programs for a wide range of biological materials. Compatible with gentleMACS C Tubes and M Tubes for reproducible single-cell suspensions and homogenates.
