MILTENYI BIOTEC MACSQuant® 10 - benchtop flow cytometer (2014)

Miltenyi Biotec MACSQuant® 10 benchtop flow cytometer, a high-performance 10-channel analytical instrument designed for multiparameter cell analysis and immunophenotyping in pharmaceutical and biomedical research environments.

Laser configuration:
Three excitation lasers — 405 nm (violet), 488 nm (blue), and 635 nm (red) — enabling simultaneous detection across 10 fluorescence channels (V1, V2, B1, B2, B3, B4, R1, R2, and additional channels), covering a broad range of fluorochromes including FITC, PE, APC, PerCP, BV421, BV510, PE-Cy7, APC-Cy7, DAPI, 7-AAD, and many others.

Fluidics:
The instrument is equipped with a fully integrated pressure-based fluidics system, including a multi-head peristaltic pump assembly, valve manifold with color-coded tubing, automated stainless steel sample injection probe with Z-axis movement, and temperature-regulated sample delivery (38–41°C). The system connects to dedicated sheath fluid, washing solution, and waste/bleach reservoirs via the Miltenyi orange bottle carrier system.
Interface: The unit includes the original Miltenyi Biotec integrated orange touchscreen display (~15"), currently in Standby mode. Control is via the MACSQuant software ecosystem.

Condition:
The instrument is in good cosmetic and mechanical condition.
A maintenance service was performed in 2025 .
The internal fluidics compartment has been accessed and inspected
